Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 5, 2026
Welcome to Enter and Post LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (enterandpost.com) and our professional back-office services, including full-charge bookkeeping, tax preparation, IT support, software development, and advisory solutions.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or services.
1. Professional Services & Engagements
All professional accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and digital development engagements are governed by individual written Engagement Letters or Statements of Work (SOW). In the event of any conflict between these general website Terms and a signed Engagement Letter, the signed Engagement Letter shall prevail.
Our monthly bookkeeping plans (including the $99/mo tier) and tax preparation packages require complete, accurate, and timely submission of supporting documentation from the client. Enter and Post LLC relies upon the accuracy of records provided by the client and does not perform audit examinations unless specifically contracted in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities & Document Authorization
Clients are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate, uncorrupted financial records, 1099s, W-2s, and receipts required for accounting reconciliation and statutory tax filings.
- Reviewing and signing mandatory e-file authorizations (such as IRS Form 8879 and Oregon Form EF) prior to submission.
- Maintaining backup copies of original business records in accordance with federal and state record retention mandates.
3. Fees, Subscriptions & Billing Terms
Fees for ongoing monthly subscriptions (e.g., recurring bookkeeping and IT support) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Flat-rate tax preparation services are billed upon completion of return drafting prior to final electronic filing.
Subscription cancellations require written notice prior to the start of the subsequent monthly billing cycle. Fees paid for completed advisory or filed statutory returns are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, branding, website architecture, calculators, and proprietary workflows displayed on enterandpost.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Enter and Post LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our site or software tools without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Oregon law, Enter and Post LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use our services, or any penalties incurred due to inaccurate or delayed documentation provided by the client. Our total aggregate liability for any direct claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Enter and Post LLC during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts situated in Multnomah County, Oregon.
